    5:00 p.m. Field Trip / Carpool to Castle Church Brewing Community: A Fresh Expression of the Church

    Castle Church Brewing Community is the first craft brewery owned by a Lutheran church.  They brew great beer that brings people together and community to encounter faith for living with meaning and purpose.  The Word and Sacrament community meets several times weekly in the brewhouse for worship and event actives scheduled right along side regular brewery events and activities.  Come to Castle Church and find connection while enjoying the highest quality, hand crafted beer. 

    5:30 p.m. Fellowship and Meal at Castle Church Brewing Community

    Food and beverages will be available when you arrive. Enjoy some fellowship and a meal. President and Co-founder of Castle Church, Aaron Schmalzle, will be onsite to lead a tour, discuss how discipleship and how 1st Century models of being church together are applicable today more than ever.
